BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU ARE HOOKING UP YOUR SPEAKERS TO YOUR AMPLIFIER OR RECEIVER. ONE TINY STRAND OF SPEAKER WIRE CROSSING FROM THE POSITIVE TO THE NEGATIVE SIDE CAN CAUSE MAJOR DAMAGE TO THE AMPLIFIER, WHICH IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. WE SEE THIS HAPPEN BY THE BEST AUDIOPHILES, AS WELL AS NOVICES. EVERY UNIT THAT LEAVES OUR STORE HAS BEEN BENCH TESTED FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS AND IF SOMEONE HOOKS UP THEIR STEREO AND FINDS IT NOT WORKING AT HOME, ODDS ARE IT WAS HOOKED UP INCORRECTLY. AGAIN, THIS CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE.

ALSO, BE SURE TO HAVE CLEAN CONNECTIONS AND/OR CONNECTORS.

In winter make sure you allow your speakers to reach room temperature before you plug them in and attempt to use them! This would not be covered under our 90 day warranty.
