We can help you restore your vintage console!
Console Stereo Repair
We service American brands of console stereos. The most common brands are Magnavox, Zenith, RCA, GE, and Wards.
If you have a German unit, such as Blaupunkt, Grudig, or Grunau, please contact Mike Mountain at 734-223-5557 as we do not repair the German brands.
Services include full restoration of amp, radio tuner, tape deck, and turntable – all back to factory specifications, when possible.
In most cases, we can also add Bluetooth to your unit. You can then stream your favorite music from your smartphone or tablet to your console stereo. The same can be done for many of the antique radios and vintage receivers we service.
Consoles can serve as a sound bar for your TV as well. Many people do not get good sound from the sound bars currently sold for televisions, so they purchase old console stereos and hook them up to their TVs for sound.
Victrola Repair
We service all wind-up (crank) disc and cylinder phonographs: Edison, Victor, Victrola, Columbia, Brunswick and many others. If it has a crank, we can most likely repair it for you.
Repair services include: replacing broken springs; motor servicing; lubrication; reproducer (sound-box) rebuilding, and more. We also have access to a huge inventory of original phonograph parts.
